Recently had an opportunity to go 1-on-1 with Founder and CEO monumental_sports #TedLeonsis. We spoke about the Wizards what the team means to the city. It was great… What i appreciated EVEN more though, is AFTER our interview Leonsis took the time to walk me around the BENSON Art Gallery (next to Cap One) telling me the stories of amazing art work that depicted moments in history such as the civil rights movement, the accomplishments and struggles therein and ultimately the untimely demise of Martin Luther King Jr and Kennedy. POWERFUL moments captured by still photography, and I was HONORED to be patiently introduced to the art by Leonsis himself 🙌🏽
