Betts, the No. 1 ranked player in the country for the Class of 2022, was a McDonald’s All-American who averaged 15 points, 10 rebounds, and 2 blocks per game this past season for the Bruins. Lauren ranked 2nd in the entire NCAA in field goal percentage (67%) and set new single-game highs in points, rebounds, assists, blocks, and field goals made during the 2023-24 season in which she led UCLA to the Elite 8.
