Our lower elementary students began our study of holidays around the world! We visited Japan and Russia this week! Did you know? Christmas in Japan is a romance holiday, and in Russia they have New Years trees! We made Temari ball ornaments from Japan and made our own Matryoshka dolls from Russia.
