As this challenging year comes to a close, we wanted to take a look back at some of our International Booker and Booker Prize highlights…⠀ ⠀ 2020 was the year we went fully digital for our shortlist announcements and celebrations, with virtual watch parties, actor readings and author events, and of course our new-look winner ceremonies, which we hope you enjoyed tuning into.⠀ ⠀ We were thrilled to announce our two winners: The Discomfort of Evening by @MariekeLucasRijneveld and translated by Michele Hutchison; and Shuggie Bain by @douglas_stuart.
