Happy Halloween Eve from The Red & Black! On Saturday, Oct. 26, Athens transformed into a spooky spectacle as the annual Wild Rumpus Parade and Spectacle took over the downtown streets. Costumed individuals lined the area, embracing the spirit of Halloween in this anticipated local tradition. The Red & Black scouted some of the most impressive costumes.
