Taking a second to just, take a second. A couple weeks ago, some friends and I took a RoadTRIP to Sequoia National Forest to gauk at the splendor of those beautiful monstrous trees, and then drove down to Joshua Tree in Southern California. It couldn’t have come at a better time. Often times, we underestimate how taxing, just moving through our daily lives can be: with the careers, and family, and friends etc. But that week of reconnecting with nature and loved ones was so necessary.
