Director of Athletics, Intramurals and Recreation Kiki Jacobs and Vice President for Student Life John King announced the hiring of Chris Hall as the first head coach for the reboot of the Men’s Ice Hockey program, set to begin in the fall of 2025. Hall immediately comes from Babson College after serving as an assistant coach last season. He helped the Beavers to a 14-10-2 record (12-5-1 #NEHC) where he helped with the defensemen. Prior to Babson, Hall served as assistant coach with the women’s team at Merrimack College (DI) from 2018-2023. He helped coach the programs best finish in their history in the 2018-2019 season where they finished 16-10-5. The Warriors earned their first playoff wins in program history throughout the 2021-2022 & 2022-2023 seasons. Hall worked with the defense, goalies and oversaw special teams.
