ANAHEIM, Calif. (Monday, Nov. 4, 2024) – The Cal South Pro+ Olympic Development Program (PRO+ ODP) is proud to announce their Winter 2024 ODP Player Pool selections for the 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013 age groups for both boys and girls. Each age group of players will train and strive to make the 18-player squads that will represent Cal South at the US Youth Soccer ODP Far West Regional Championships from January 2-6, 2025, at the Legacy Sports USA Complex in Mesa, Arizona. Cal South will compete with the other thirteen states that make up US Youth Soccer’s Far West Region for a regional ODP title. “I am very excited for the players we have chosen for the 2024 ODP Winter pools,” said Michael Chin, Cal South’s Director of Coaching Education and Player Development. “There are players from all across Southern California who have now been invited to train and participate in December for the opportunity to be selected to travel to the ODP Far West Championships in January.” Fo...
