Shortly after Donald Trump's rally at Madison Square Garden, President Joe Biden joined a call with the advocacy group Voto Latino, where he condemned Hinchcliffe's words, saying, “Just the other day, a speaker at his rally called Puerto Rico a floating island of garbage...
