As the agent, Iโm playing point guard and reading the floor (trying to determine which play we should run to score the game winning bucket). In this particular transaction, Iโm running point guard for a team that lost their last game ๐ฉ They traded their last point guard(agent) and picked me up because I had a better track record for winning games (getting homes sold ๐). After watching some film ,(researching the market area ๐) I was able to determine exactly why they werenโt winning games. Knowledgeable agents know there are three reasons why a house will not sell. My sellers had two of those reasons going against them. It took me about two weeks to adjust their form and practice some new plays and then we were ready to play together (hit the market).
