Dr. Marco Robinson, associate professor of history and assistant director of PVAMU’s Ruth J. Simmons Center for Race and Justice, recently traveled to India to present his research on best computing practices with scholars from around the globe. 🌎💻 “The current and future work I oversee in the Simmons Center focuses on establishing interdisciplinary collaborations, providing undergraduate students with research experiences, and formulating solutions to issues impacting our community(ies)- all central to the University’s focus on social responsibility. I am in the process of renewing for a second year of funding from Mozilla to continue the groundbreaking work we are doing in Waller County,” he said.
