I met him while recording White Wedding at Westlake sound in LA 1982 & more recently at events around Hollywood… my mum had all his jazz recordings with #milesdavis #dukeellington #countbasie #natkingcole #dinahwashington etc when I was little so I grew up listening to his work! A beautiful guy so I thought I’d share this present he sent me with u today RIP -BFI
