More and more people are returning to the office. Still, there’s a lot being said about how working remotely can be good for you. And guess what? It also has an instant effect on the environment. As a whole we’re commuting less, and using less paper and plastic in the office. There are also other slower, indirect effects. For instance, now-empty office spaces can be converted to living spaces; curbing the need for deforestation to accommodate for the kind of aggressive urbanization that we were used to seeing.
