DISCLAIMER: These homes are not directly in Los Angeles, they are actually on the outskirts. Inside any of the major cities in the country, the prices are much higher. It is no wonder they have that homless crisis out there in Cali. Honestly though, just drive around any city. There are so many homeless people it’s nuts. I have even been seeing homeless people around the suburbs where they’re never used to be homeless people. When you make it so that people cannot afford to live, they are going to resort to desperate measures. Then crime comes with it. I damn sure don’t have the answers, but I know for sure that these prices are ridiculous. How the hell do you get into real estate investing in this market?
