→ Ingredients
40ml Absolut Elyx vodka
15ml curaçao
15ml Campari
25ml fig puree
40ml grapefruit juice
75ml Perrier-Jouët brut champagne
Garnish: Half a fresh fig, sprigs of mint
→ How to make it
1. Add the vodka, curaçao, Campari, fig puree and grapefruit juice into a shaker full of ice cubes.
2. Shake hard and strain over fresh ice cubes in a copper balloon or large wine glass.
3. Top with champagne and stir.
4. Add more ice and garnish with the half fig and mint sprigs before serving.
