You asked and we are making it happen! Starting THIS SUNDAY, we now offer a Sunday morning, 1 hour, yoga slow-flow, restorative, mobility + flexibility focused class!
Starting 11/10, this 9am Yoga Class will be taught by Angela. Registration is live! Register as you would with any class via our app! Not a member? Purchase a Drop-In class pass, available on our website and in our bio!
With this class, please bring your own yoga mat, and remove shoes when entering the gym. If you do not have a yoga mat, we have some exercise mats which you can use!
About Angela: Angela is a 240hr Trauma Sensitive Yoga Teacher from the Buffalo Sparrow Yoga Collective Cohort 22-23β.
