NYC provided exactly the energy I needed (as usual). Highlights include… 🍕, 🏃🏼‍♀️ with friends and strangers who became friends, 📣 cheering for anyone who wrote their name on their shirt, getting my hair braided at the runna HQ, 🥯, sitting courtside at the brooklynnets, more 🍕, e- 🚲 saving my legs, recording the runna podcast, giving away roka sunglasses and whoop subscriptions, and sleeping like a damn baby every night the second my head hit the pillow. Lowlight… ✈️ landing in phoenix at midnight Monday night and driving the 2.5 hours up to flagstaff… Biggest takeaway from the weekend. I gotta run this damn marathon one day. The dream would be to do it with some friends, take on the adventure together, celebrating health every step of the way. 🎉 #nycmarathon #tcsnycmarathon #newyorkrunners #nyc #runnersofinstagram
