Ingredients
2 cups fresh cranberries
3 tbsp aged balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 tbsp orange zest
1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
Pinch of salt
2 springs of fresh rosemary
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 F degrees.
In a baking dish add cranberries and all the rest of the ingredients. Toss to combine.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Discard the rosemary and store it in a container.
