The tiger sought out by Louisiana Gov. Jeff Landry entered Tiger Stadium just prior to kickoff for Saturday's LSU-Alabama game, and then the big cat, in its cage, was quickly taken back off the field. While the lights were down inside the stadium prior to the game, the tiger was towed in a cage to the sideline by a truck before the 6:45 p.m. kickoff. Once the lights were turned back on, the tiger could be seen laying down in a cage typically used by Mike the Tiger. A few moments later, the tiger walked around the cage, and some cheers were heard from the crowd. After about seven minutes on the field, the tiger was removed before both teams charged out of the tunnels for the big SEC contest. The tiger's visit was a controversial one, as many LSU fans and others felt a stadium with thousands of people cheering was no place for an exotic animal. Head to the link in our bio to see photos from the tiger's appearance. #lsu #tiger #livetiger #batonrouge #louisiana #la #lsutige...
