Lily Gladstone, born in 1986 and raised on the Blackfeet Reservation in Montana, is a celebrated actor of Piegan Blackfeet (Siksikaitsitapi), Nez Perce (Nimíipuu), and European heritage. Gladstone is known for standout performances in films such as "Killers of the Flower Moon," "Certain Women," and "Fancy Dance." Her portrayal of the Osage woman Mollie Kyle in Martin Scorsese’s 2023 film “Killers of the Flower Moon” earned critical acclaim. In 2024, Gladstone made history as the first Indigenous actor to be nominated for the Academy Award for Best Actress. She also became the first Indigenous performer to win the Golden Globe for Best Actress in a Motion Picture - Drama, as well as the Screen Actors Guild Award for Best Female Actor. In addition to her film work, Gladstone has appeared in television series such as "Reservation Dogs," "Billions," "Room 104," and "Under the Bridge."
