Once you truly understand this, two amazing things should happen. - #1 it should allow you to really take all insults and judgements with a grain of salt! They don’t know you, they know a small % of you, even your closest 10 people, they know a % of you, they don’t know what’s in your mind, heart, going on behind closed doors!
