SANTA CLARITA 11-2-22 At approximately 7:30 pm, the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s received a call from a person stating they were driving a gunshot victim to Henry Mayo Hospital. As they were on the phone with dispatchers, the vehicle driving the gunshot victim crashed into another vehicle at the hospital entrance. The gunshot victim was taken into the hospital, and the driver of the secondary vehicle was evaluated but not transported with any injuries. The driver of the gunshot victim was also evaluated and had no injuries. The gunshot victim’s current condition is unknown at this time. Events leading up to the shooting are unknown.
