Trees in Portland’s Eastmoreland neighborhood hang on to their multicolored leaves as wind and rain tries to pummel them to the ground Monday evening.
A rain-packed weather front pushed eastward over the Portland/Vancouver area Monday and will build Tuesday morning with scattered showers that will grow in frequency by afternoon. Rain from Tuesday night through Wednesday night should total 1 to 1.5 inches.
Correction: A previous version of this post said the photos were taken in the Woodstock neighborhood. The photos were actually taken in the Eastmoreland neighborhood.
