Portland’s deciduous trees aren’t looking like a collection of sticks just yet. Despite fall foliage being past its peak, and winter just around the corner, there are still plenty of fall colors hanging on. A good place to look is along Portland’s Tom McCall Waterfront Park where the leaves are yellow to red and still plentiful. The following photos were taken Friday night.
