The Minus Times is back. We present: The Minus Times: Czech Pale Lager. After a brief break from our explorative lager series, we’ll be bringing back new takes on various lager styles over the course of the next few months. First up is this 4.2% Czech Pale Lager. A highly refreshing rendition of the series, this lager is light yet deep gold in color, with a lasting creamy white head on top. The aroma features bready malt with a spicy/herbal hop character and subtle caramel notes. On the palate- a pleasant, not overpowering maltiness, with a rounded, hoppy finish. The bitterness is noticeable but balanced, creating a flavorful, refreshing experience with a medium-light to medium body and moderate carbonation. You can grab cans of this beer on Friday at noon.
