This week we’re bringing back The Minus Times: Pacific Lager, a beer which draws inspiration from lagers brewed throughout the Pacific Ocean.
For this lager, we started the brew with Pilsen malt and a bit of flaked corn and rice, followed by the use of Motueka from New Zealand. We utilized our favorite Mexican-lager yeast, and then cold conditioned this one for 6 weeks. Crisp, bright, refreshing, with a balanced hop bitterness meshing nicely with subtle lime and notes of citrus pith. 4.8% abv, $12/4pk. Available Friday at noon, the first day of our 8th anniversary party on-site and for direct shipping to select states.
