Brewed with German Pilsner malt and a touch of Vienna & Munich malts, our take on this traditional German Bock style was hopped with German magnum, Hallertau Mittlefruh and Hallertau Blanc. Compared to many in the Minus Times series, the Helles Bock is a stronger lager in terms of ABV and malt character. Visually, this beer is golden in color, and could be thought of as a cousin to last year’s Maibock. The flavor profile resembles toasty malt balanced by classic noble hop character. A style known to be brewed in celebration of the Spring Equinox, we’re hoping you enjoy this one just as the new season gets underway.
