Introducing The Minus Times, a new series of lagers inspired by past ideas, shared together in the present. The Minus Times was an elusive literary magazine published in the 90’s and 2000’s by Hunter Kennedy, distributed by Pavement’s first record label, Drag City. A collection of stories, art and poetry. In a sense, these were open letters to strangers and misfits. A magazine Todd fondly remembers and was inspired by. So, we decided to pay tribute with a series of special lagers we’ll brew over the course of 2023. These lagers take time to brew, age and come together. A past idea that becomes the present, to be shared in the moment. An homage to where we started. Our first installment of the series is a 4.9% Danish Lager.
