The K-8 St. Rose Philippine Duchesne Feast Day Liturgy was a beautiful celebration, showcasing 4th grade student artwork depicting various saints, which the students proudly carried during a joyful rendition of “When the Saints Go Marching In.” Presided over by John Whitney, S.J., the liturgy also featured student readings, cantors, and special oak leaf banners crafted by middle schoolers to honor the French-born saint, whose name means “of the oaks,” and who established the first North American Sacred Heart school. #saintrosephilippine #rosephilippinehearourprayer #feastday #wearesacredheart
