Today I’m making Nutella Linzer Cookies, and boy are they delicious! 😍 I filled these cookies with Nutella, but you could fill them with anything that pairs with chocolate! Caramel, marshmallow fluff, jam, and lots more I’m sure. INGREDIENTS: 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened 1/2 cup granulated sugar 2 large eggs 1 tbsp vanilla 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt Place the butter and sugar into a large mixing bowl and beat until light and fluffy. Add the eggs and vanilla, then beat again. Sift in the cocoa, flour, baking powder, and salt, mixing until a soft dough has formed. Wrap and refrigerate for about 1 hour. Roll out the chilled dough on a floured surface, then cut out discs. Half should have a cut out in the center- this can be done easily with a linzer cookie cutter or a smaller cutter for the middle.
