Grinch Hot Cocoa Bomb 💚❤️ The weather is definitely cooling down here in PA, so hot cocoa is on the menu! I used a red velvet cocoa mix for this and it was so good! 😍 You’ll need: Ghirardelli white chocolate wafers Oil based green food coloring Hot cocoa powder (I used red velvet flavor) Mini marshmallows Pink heart marshmallow Red heart sprinkle Hot milk Heat chocolate wafers in the microwave for 30 second bursts until completely melted. Add green food coloring and mix until combined. Spoon the melted chocolate into the mold, brushing up the sides until completely coated. Allow the chocolate to set in the fridge, then repeat this step for a second coat. Carefully remove the chocolate shell from the mold and rub the edges on a hot plate (this will help the shells stick together when assembled) Fill with cocoa powder and marshmallows, then sandwich the second shell on top.
