#10Things, we’re with Argentine artist trueno (Trueno), who not only performed at last night’s latingrammys (Latin Grammy Awards) in Miami, but also took home his first-ever Latin Grammy after his song “Tranky Funky” won for best urban fusion/performance.
“I think Latin music is at an all-time high. Every country has artists that represent its native culture and native genre,” says Trueno. “I belong to the hip-hop culture and movement. Argentinian hip-hop always has that Argentinian feel and the flavors of South America in the music.”
Before Thursday’s big show, Trueno spent time in Miami cooking, playing soccer and preparing for his stellar performance, where he entertained fans and Latin music artists from all over the world.
