Over the last 11 days I’ve been in Calgary, Canada with the World Curling Federation team covering the inaugural Pan Continental Curling Championship! Here are some of my favorite photos from the event. ⁣ ⁣ It was extremely fun to step out of my usual sports and cover an Olympic level sport. Not only did I learn a lot about curling but I created some really fun images!⁣ ⁣ ⁣And no, I’ve never watched a full game of curling... Let alone photograph the sport. But I was confident I could handle it this job! I studied up, listened to the team, and went in with confidence.⁣ ⁣ A crossroad for me this month, as I passed on the usual college football, HS state, NYC marathon to do this one event… was it worth it?! And as much as I wanted to do it all, I chose this one event because I wanted something different.
