His family knew he needed specialized care and was brought to our Regional NICU within hours. Here, our incredible team provided around-the-clock, compassionate care, guiding Axtin through the many challenges of prematurity. After 8 weeks of dedication and progress, Axtin left us at 5 pounds, 8 ounces, ready to thrive at home. Today, he’s a happy and healthy 6-month-old, bringing endless joy to his family.
