As the snow came down hard that morning, I rushed to Shoden-ji Temple in the north of Kyoto. This was one of the scenes I had to shoot if any snowfall happened and it didn’t disappoint. The temple is affectionately known to some as the David Bowie temple as he meditated there and even shot a commercial at this beautiful dry garden with the azalea bushes!
