thanks to thefeedme for powering my recovery as training ramps up! i’ve been making adrenal cocktails on repeat for months and thought i’d share my recipe! taking extra care to add in electrolytes and vitamins into your recovery mix is super helpful and thefeedme has a huge range of products (my favs at the moment being drinklmnt and pillarperformance_ ) that provide different necessary vitamins and electrolytes and that are super delicious! and of course i love to pair this with my probiotic from thefeedme which aids in my digestion as i put my system through the ringer on some of my hard training days! 🔁💫🧃 BASIC RECIPE - electrolytes/vitamins (i use drinklmnt or pillarperformance_ or both) - something fizzy (i use regular seltzer or drinkolipop) - water, coconut water, or a mix - salt and sometimes lemon or lime juice #feedambassador #fueledbythefeed thefeedme
