The brothers claim they are the rightful heirs to their mother’s property, which includes any diary entries. Burgess alleges he obtained a flash drive containing Kim’s personal writings from people close to her and used it to publish the “Kim Porter Tell It All.” However, Quincy and Christian have denied the existence of such a flash drive, calling the claim ‘patently false.’ They argue that if such a flash drive exists, it would legally belong to them.
