Create spaces where men and boys can thrive and feel supported. 📲 Check in with your mates 📲 Are you looking out for your mates? Particularly when they aren’t feeling 100%. Give them a call, send a text, let them know you’re thinking of them. 🤸🏽 Take action, stay healthy 🤸🏽 Do more of the things that help you live a happier and healthy life. Whether that’s weekend rambles, gravel riding on your bike, cold water exposure.
