PUMPKIN SPICE FRENCH TOAST🍞✨🍂 inspired by Snoopy’s thanksgiving menu hehe (recipe below!) Holidays will definitely be hard for me this year so i definitely want to take my mind off of things :) I’m not making a big dinner or turkey, I’ll be home with my pets watching Charlie Brown. Reflecting on what I’m grateful for, even when it feels like everything has gone wrong. I still have a lot to be thankful for🫶🏽 ✨Ingredients: -2 eggs -1/8 tsp salt -1 tsp pumpkin spice seasoning -1/2 tsp ground cinnamon -1/2 can evaporated milk -1/2 can condensed milk -1/3 cup pumpkin puree -1 tbsp butter -6 slices brioche bread -maple syrup (optional) In a large bowl beat together eggs and the seasonings. Followed by the evaporated milk, condensed milk, and pumpkin purée and mix until fully combined. Melt butter on a skillet over medium heat.
