This semester, Phoebe Diamond ’25 is studying abroad in Ireland at Trinity College Dublin!
Phoebe, an urban studies and Spanish major, is studying in the Departments of History and History of Art at Trinity College Dublin, focusing on courses specific to Irish history and art. “It is really exciting to study in new departments and connect what I’ve learned to courses in Trinity’s urban studies department,” she says.
A typical school day for Phoebe involves a 30-minute walk from her neighborhood, The Liberties, to campus to attend lectures followed by tutorial classes. To unwind, Phoebe takes advantage of everything Dublin has to offer. “I relax in Stephen’s Green Park if the weather allows it or meet friends at our local pub in the rainy evenings,” she says. “My flatmates and I often cook dinners together and end our nights by reading material for class or watching movies!”
