Owned by brother sister duo Aida & Fernando, this restaurant’s story started three generations ago on the island of Ponza, by their grandfather, Ferdinando. He came to America as a chef in 1955 and opened his first restaurant in the Bronx. Then their father Giuseppe, continued in his footsteps to become the executive chef @ the Rainbow Room and countless other New York restaurants. Aida & Fernando continue their legacy with ferdi_nyc .
