The 11th annual Christmas with the Currys! 🎄 With the help of their dedicated partners and volunteers at eatlearnplay, 17,000 gift boxes of books were packed to be distributed to all 49 Oakland Unified School District elementary schools. This totaled to 85,000 books. 800 of the books were specially delivered to the students at Oakland’s Manzanita Campus where they also were surprised with the announcement that they will be getting a new schoolyard next year! As part of the celebration, students got to help design what they hope the new playground will look like. #ElevateTheUnder #Oakland #eatlearnplay
