My physical therapist told me a few months ago to focus on my glutes π to prevent injuries, so I decided to commit to action! πͺ
Iβve been doing this exercise with the ball π (or modified on the floor ποΈββοΈ) a couple of times a week for the past few months, and Iβd say itβs working! Not only do my glutes look more lifted π₯, but I also feel so much stronger π₯. At first, I could only do 10 reps on each side, but now Iβve worked up to two sets of 20 π. Buns of steel, here we come! π
