My physical therapist told me a few months ago to focus on my glutes πŸ‘ to prevent injuries, so I decided to commit to action! πŸ’ͺ I’ve been doing this exercise with the ball 🏐 (or modified on the floor πŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈ) a couple of times a week for the past few months, and I’d say it’s working! Not only do my glutes look more lifted πŸ”₯, but I also feel so much stronger πŸ’₯. At first, I could only do 10 reps on each side, but now I’ve worked up to two sets of 20 πŸ™Œ.
