1ļøā£ Burpee Release: Bring your burpee all the way down to your tummy, release your hands, then explode back up! š
2ļøā£ Broad Jump Burpee Shuffle: Take a big jump forward, drop into your burpee, and shuffle back. šāāļøā”ļøā¬

3ļøā£ Burpee with Plank Hops: Come down into a high plank, do four plank hops side to side, and then pop back up. šš¤ø
