These barrage of storm after storm after storm hitting the Philippines isn’t normal anymore. The storms the Filipinos have to contend with are becoming more frequent and much stronger because of the continued heating of the oceans caused by climate change. And the really bad news? This current storm is not the last storm of the year. To bring justice, we have to make oil and gas companies responsible, which are making the climate crisis worse due to the continued expansion of their businesses.
