On November 21, 2000, erykahbadu released her second studio album, ‘Mama’s Gun.’ Following the successful release of her debut ‘Baduizm’ and the paired Live album, Erykah Badu returned three years later with yet another notable project that dug deeper into funk and jazz influenced R&B.
