It appears as though Dame Dash still has some debts to pay, and New York State just bought his Roc-A-Fella shares to settle it.⁠ ⁠ According to a report from the New York Post, the state government — or, “an Albany State rep” — bought a 1/3 share of Roc-A-Fella Records for $1 million.
