Day 2 of Seven Spectacular Sides for the Holidays is this INCREDIBLE Corn Souffle that I adapted from my friend Teri over at nocrumbsleft I actually made this on a lark (just because Teri made it look so good) for a dinner party and one of the guests (who couldn’t eat dairy) loved it so much, she asked me for the recipe.
