Beyond Beef Holiday Sub Slider Wreath. ‘Tis the season for holiday potlucks, family gatherings and comfort foods. This wreath of sliders is guaranteed to be as pretty as it is delicious! @lettuce.thrive 🎄 INGREDIENTS: 1 lb Beyond Beef 9 slider rolls or mini kaiser rolls 4 tbsp plant based butter, melted 3 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped 1 tsp italian seasoning 3 cloves garlic, minced ½ cup plant based pesto 1 cup marinara 1 lb plant based mozzarella Salt and pepper Fresh parsley for garnish PREPARATION: 1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. 2. Portion the Beyond Beef into 9 equal balls, press each ball into a muffin tin to form a patty. Season the patties with salt and pepper. Bake for 8-9 minutes until the patties start to brown and are cooked through. Lower the oven heat to 350. 3. Assemble the sliders in a large round cast iron.
