Our student athlete, Norah Sis, shares what she believes makes a great teammate: “The best teammates that I have ever had were the ones who were the most selfless. The ones who lifted up others, hyped everyone else up, made time for others, and who accepted and took on any role they were given on the team whether playing or not. Showing up every single day with the same attitude, effort, and energy is selfless. Cheering on your teammates successes more than your own is selfless. And being the person that pours into your other teammates’ lives outside of volleyball (asking about family, struggles, dreams, etc.) is selfless and makes them feel loved.” Norah is a senior outside hitter for Creighton University.
